Forward Deployed Engineer

General Diffusion is a foundational AI research lab establishing the scientific discipline of Compute Intelligence. We build frontier models that learn the physics of heterogeneous hardware, decoupling intelligence from infrastructure.
<br/>About the role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be the bridge between our engineering team and our most strategic customers. You will work side-by-side with frontier labs to integrate General Diffusion OS into their training and inference stacks.
<br/>What you might work on
- Architecting custom integration solutions for large-scale clusters.
- Debugging complex performance issues in customer environments.
- Feeding customer requirements back into the core product roadmap.
- Building "proof of concept" demonstrations for new hardware architectures.
What we’re looking for
- Strong engineering background with a customer-facing mindset.
- Experience with ML infrastructure and cluster management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites (occasionally).
